It's a simple teleporter addon which has a searchable list of notable locations.
Unzip and place the two folders into the Interface/AddOns folder in your WoW folder.
Simply type /teleport to open the window.
(Uses TrinityCore GM commands)

How to Compile ArcEmu V2
1- Downloading the programs
First of all you need to download Microsoft Visual C++ to compile ArcEmu
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition.
Now you need to download TortoiseSVN to download ArcEmu
Download: TortoiseSVN.
Now install both programs! When your done go to step: 2.
2- Downloading ArcEmu
Make a new folder on your desktop.
Name it: ArcEmu Core.
Right click-it and press: [SVN Checkout...]
Now at URL of Repository enter the following URL: [svn://arcemu.info/svn/]
It will download ArcEmu, this may take fews minutes.
**UPDATE**
The SVN url has changed into [https://arcemu.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/arcemu/]
